What does the bug do:
I entered pk tournament and waited hell as long for any kind of NPC. When message appeared pk tournament-man appeared go search for it, I checked whole map several times, until ChnMap Deadline timer ended. Nothing happened later ( Oh and system told tournament man removed also) So how should we proceed to the event ending ? When there is no NPC and no rewards :(
